The staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly, always ready to assist and even provided valuable sightseeing recommendations and arranged transport back to the airport. The location, while a bit remote with limited nearby amenities, was excellent for exploring Jakarta easily. The dining options were great, offering a variety of Indonesian dishes with good presentation. The facilities were nice, with a nice gym and pool to enjoy during the stay.
